Job Summary:
The Senior Finance Manager will be a key senior-level position reporting to our location President. This position is responsible for supporting, directing, and coordinating all financial activity, including closing the books. This position will lead the FP&A functions, drive financial strategy, build detailed forecasting, and provide analytical insights that support decision-making at the Senior Executive Level.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Consult with OpCo Leadership, Regional VPOs, Regional HR, Regional President, and other Senior leadership as a business partner.
  • Lead efforts of monthly close process to ensure accurate financial statements and acceptable GAAP are in practice.
  • Perform root cause analysis and partner with leadership and other functional areas to drive proactive solutions through process and technology solutions.
  • Collaborate on Shrink and Service Excellence within the location.
  • Partner with OpCo leadership to build out Annual Budgets, and accurate and timely forecasts for OpCo. Including AOP Presentations.
  • Conduct monthly business reviews with Executives; analyze results of OpCo and provide insight for opportunities.
  • Partner with local teams to create/implement action plans where there are gaps in budgets or opportunities to improve.
  • Create a collaborative/supportive environment among Leaders and the finance team to achieve goals and objectives.
  • Lead and develop finance teams using key leadership techniques. Solicit feedback from both OpCo and Regional leadership to accelerate development opportunities.
  • Complete ad-hoc analysis for region and Senior Leadership.
  • Build, challenge, and present customer profitability analysis as requested.
  • Support Senior leadership as requested.
