OPC Pest Services is expanding across the Northern Kentucky service areas--if you're looking for competitive wages with a stress-free work environment, we have amazing sales opportunities with full-time employment all year round PLUS uncapped sales commissions!    

Cut your commute and start your sales prospecting from home. Now hiring a Residential Sales Representative to sell our services in Erlanger, Florence, Independence, Covington, Fort Mitchell, Alexandria, Burlington, and Newport service areas.    No pest control experience necessary--we train you for your pest services sales career!

We Offer…  

Competitive salary and uncapped commissions—We start you at a training salary of $2,000 per biweekly pay period for up to 12 weeks. Upon successful completion of training your base salary range is $40,000 to $45,000 and you can earn well over $100,000 annually in salary plus uncapped sales commissions;

OPC Pest Services is a premier provider of pest control solutions and we have a legacy of excellence and the stability of an industry leader in Greater Louisville and Jefferson County since 1972.  In February 2026 Select Pest Control joined the OPC hometown brands team to bring our home services and pest remediation products to the Northern Kentucky area.

Qualifications
  • 2 years minimum b2b and sales prospecting experience
  • 2 years sales experience in home services is preferred but not required

Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen, criminal history and motor vehicle background checks.

Working Environment:

  • Must be able to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment
  • Must be able to bend, stoop, walk on uneven surfaces, climb ladders, reach overhead and inspect small spaces
  • Must be able to work independently in the field and manage route-based assignments after training
  • Must maintain valid driver’s license through life of employment
