What is an operations manager?

Operations Managers are professionals responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a business or organization. Operations Managers often coordinate between different departments, handle budgeting, and work to streamline workflows. Their goal is to optimize organizational performance while maintaining high standards of service or product delivery.

How does an operations manager typically collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth business processes?

Operations Managers play a central role in coordinating activities across multiple departments such as finance, HR, and production to streamline business operations. They often facilitate communication between teams, identify process bottlenecks, and implement solutions to improve efficiency.
