Job description

Position Summary
The Delivery & Accessories Concierge is responsible for creating a premium, personalized vehicle delivery experience for sold customers. This role serves as the bridge between Sales, Finance, Service, and Accessories to ensure every customer delivery is seamless, organized, and memorable. The Concierge conducts accessory walkarounds, identifies customer lifestyle needs, presents OEM accessory solutions, coordinates installation scheduling, and ensures all delivery preparations are completed prior to vehicle handoff.
The ideal candidate is customer-focused, detail-oriented, highly organized, and passionate about enhancing the ownership experience through personalization and hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Experience & Delivery Coordination
  • Welcome and greet sold customers prior to entering the Finance process.
  • Create a warm, professional, and premium dealership experience from arrival through delivery.
  • Coordinate delivery readiness with Sales, Finance, Service, Detail, and Accessories departments.
  • Ensure vehicles are fully prepared, fueled, cleaned, and presentation-ready before delivery appointments.
  • Verify books, manuals, spare keys, temporary tags, and all delivery documents are organized and ready.
  • Assist customers with dealership loyalty and technology setup programs, including MyRewards and OnStar enrollment.
  • Support customers during delivery with feature orientation and ownership resources.

Accessories Consultation & Sales Support
  • Conduct OEM accessory walkarounds with customers during the sales and delivery process.
  • Discover customer lifestyle needs and personalize recommendations based on vehicle usage, hobbies, family needs, work requirements, and appearance preferences.
  • Present OEM accessory options, packages, and upgrade opportunities in a consultative manner.
  • Explain accessory benefits, functionality, pricing, and installation timelines.
  • Coordinate accessory installation scheduling with the Service and Parts departments.
  • Follow up on pending accessory installations and ensure timely completion.

Operational Excellence
  • Maintain delivery schedules and communicate status updates across departments.
  • Ensure accuracy of accessory orders, installation coordination, and customer expectations.
  • Maintain knowledge of current OEM accessory offerings, promotions, and technology features.
  • Track delivery readiness checklists and uphold dealership presentation standards.
  • Assist management in improving delivery processes and customer satisfaction initiatives.
