The studio works with more than 800 schools across Canada. Our approach is based on professional photography, a stress free experience for students, and guaranteed quality.

Job summary 
The Sales Representative is responsible for developing, retaining, and growing a portfolio of clients primarily consisting of educational institutions. This role is responsible for prospecting new clients, renewing existing agreements, and promoting the company’s full range of products and services. Working closely with the Sales Director, Sales Manager, and Internal Account Managers, the Sales Representative actively contributes to achieving the organization’s growth objectives.
Duties and Responsibilities  

  • Prospect and develop new business opportunities with educational institutions
  • Ensure the renewal of contracts and agreements with existing clients
  • Develop and maintain long term business relationships with clients
  • Conduct presentations, meetings, and follow ups with clients by phone, email, and in person
  • Identify client needs and propose tailored solutions
  • Prepare quotations, respond to pricing requests, and participate in tender processes
  • Negotiate and close agreements
  • Ensure the accuracy and follow up of contracts, documents, and client information
  • Maintain up to date client records and business opportunities in Salesforce
  • Produce and update various reports, tracking tools, and administrative documents
  • Work closely with Internal Account Managers to ensure effective account management and follow up
  • Promote all company products, services, and business divisions to clients
  • Identify upselling and cross selling opportunities
  • Monitor market trends and competitors and propose initiatives to support sales growth
  • Participate in team meetings, strategic discussions, and other activities related to the role
  • Perform any other related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor

Required qualifications 

  • College diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
  • Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of experience in sales or business development
  • Experience in B2B sales
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or an equivalent CRM system
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
  • Knowledge of Google Workspace (an asset)
  • Excellent command of French. English may be used as needed to communicate verbally and in
  • writing with staff from English-speaking schools
  • Knowledge of the education sector or photography industry (an asset)
