What is online shopping?

Online shopping is the process of purchasing goods or services over the internet using a web browser or mobile app. Shoppers can browse products, compare prices, read reviews, and make purchases from the comfort of their home. Payments are typically made electronically, and products are shipped directly to the buyer's address. Online shopping offers convenience, a wide selection, and often competitive prices compared to traditional in-store shopping.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as an online shopping specialist, and why are they important?

To thrive as an Online Shopping Specialist, you need strong product knowledge, attention to detail, and customer service skills, often supported by experience in retail or e-commerce. Excellent communication, problem-solving abilities, and adaptability make someone stand out in this position. These skills ensure efficient order processing, high customer satisfaction, and smooth operation in a dynamic online retail environment.
