Healing Reflection Counseling is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. This is a fully remote position, offering flexibility and convenience for our therapists. Our remote work setup enables our therapists to conduct sessions in a comfortable environment, allowing them to focus solely on client care. You will be equipped with innovative teletherapy tools to enhance the therapeutic process and strengthen client engagement. The position requires availability Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans that reflect their unique goals and challenges.
• Facilitate therapy sessions via video conferencing, employing evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other appropriate modalities.
• Document client progress and treatment outcomes meticulously, ensuring that records are updated regularly and adhere to compliant standards.
• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration when necessary, contributing to case discussions and sharing insights with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
• Remain current with data-driven practices and emerging trends in the mental health field to continuously improve the quality of care provided.

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist with Healing Reflection Counseling, you will serve a diverse clientele, addressing various mental health issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Our clients range from adolescents to adults, and we place a strong emphasis on cultural competence and sensitivity in all therapeutic interactions.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Valid and active licensed clinical credentials in California, such as LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC.
• Experience working in a telehealth environment is considered an asset, with familiarity in using virtual platforms for therapy.

• A minimum of two years of post-graduate clinical experience in delivering therapy services in a mental health setting.
• An understanding of the diverse challenges facing clients in an online therapeutic context.
• Proven ability to work independently while demonstrating professionalism and ethics in all client interactions.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to USD 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
