Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify the unique needs and challenges of each client, utilizing standardized assessment tools and innovative questioning techniques.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that are tailored to individual client goals, continuously monitoring progress and making adjustments as necessary.
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices.
  • Engage in regular collaboration with a network of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

Qualifications
