Responsibilities


The Program Manager is responsible for leading customer program execution while supporting the transition from prototype development to structured, repeatable production. Responsibilities include:


  • Lead program execution, including schedules, priorities, and customer deliverables
  • Coordinate cross-functional activities across teams
  • Translate customer forecasts into actionable production plans and schedules
  • Coordinate production activities, material flow, and logistics to ensure on-time delivery
  • Monitor work-in-process, throughput, and outsourced component availability

Requirements
