This is a hybrid position based out of our corporate office in Lexington, KY.
The Digital Content Producer plays a key role in executing the brand's creative vision through in-house e-commerce photography and supporting marketing materials. This role focuses on producing high-quality product and flat lay imagery that supports seasonal launches and ongoing digital needs. Working closely with Creative, Ecommerce, and Design teams, the Digital Content Producer ensures visually cohesive, brand-consistent assets are delivered accurately and on schedule. This role focuses on in-house product and e-commerce photography, while larger editorial and studio productions are executed in partnership with external photographers.
  • Lead end-to-end in-house e-commerce product photography for seasonal product launches, including shooting, editing, and final asset delivery.
  • Serve as primary editor and retoucher across studio, flat lay, and lifestyle product photography, ensuring high-quality, brand-consistent imagery.
  • Manage digital asset libraries and image workflows, maintaining organized storage, accurate tagging, and timely distribution to internal teams and retail partners.
  • Oversee post-production processes, including color correction and quality control, to ensure visual accuracy and consistency in product representation.
  • Create and adapt digital and print marketing assets for web, social, wholesale, retail, and paid media channels as needed.
  • Plan and execute high-resolution flat lays for print and digital placements in collaboration with the Creative team.
  • Partner with the Ecommerce and Design teams to support product shot list development and ensure all required e-commerce assets are captured.
  • Support larger editorial and studio shoots as needed, collaborating with external photographers (who provide first-pass edits per contract) and internal creative partners to ensure seamless asset integration across channels.
  • Maintain efficiency and accuracy throughout the production cycle, delivering image-related content in an organized and timely manner.
  • Stay current on industry trends, tools, and best practices, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance creative output and streamline workflow processes.

Who we would like to meet...
  • Bachelor's degree in photography, graphic arts or related fields desired, but not required but preferred.
  • 3+ years' experience as a photo assistant, digital technician and/or retoucher is a plus.
  • Understanding of Nikon and Canon cameras, lighting equipment, and on set production.
  • Expert retouching skills for on-model and product lay downs.
  • Expert skills in Adobe Creative Suite.
