A growing manufacturing organization is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead plant operations and drive performance across production, quality, safety, inventory, and continuous improvement initiatives. This individual will play a key leadership role in ensuring operational excellence while supporting business growth, customer satisfaction, and profitability objectives.
Position Summary
The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day manufacturing operations, ensuring products are produced safely, on time, within quality standards, and in alignment with cost and productivity goals. This role will lead cross-functional teams, develop operational strategies, and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead manufacturing operations to ensure safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives are achieved.
- Develop and execute short- and long-term operational plans that support business goals.
- Establish and maintain manufacturing processes and procedures that ensure consistent product quality and customer satisfaction.
- Drive productivity improvements, cost reduction initiatives, and waste elimination efforts.

Qualifications

- Minimum of 5 years of manufacturing operations leadership experience.
- Proven experience leading teams within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality systems, inventory control, and supply chain operations.
