As a Pre-K Educator, you will:

  • Support children's growth in early literacy, math, problem-solving, and social skills
  • Assess and support each child's individual developmental progress
  • Collaborate with Assistant Teachers and leadership to create a strong learning environment
  • Partner with families through conferences and ongoing communication
  • Maintain a safe, nurturing, and well-organized classroom
  • Follow all Federal and State of Colorado Child Care Licensing rules and regulations
  • Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and school events
