Job Summary:

It is a cashiers job, calling students about their refund and tuition balances, providing customer service at window, taking payments over the phone and in person and apply toward students' accounts. The Cashier also helps students to understand about their tuition balances, assisting students with Payment Plan and BankMobile, logging into the phone, maintaining cash drawer, open and close batch on daily basis and data entry

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Greet students and answer incoming calls in a polite and courteous manner
• Provide supportive services and information to staff and students
• Provide information about payment plans and student refunds
• Contribute to the team effort by assisting with cashiering duties as assigned

Competencies/KSAs:

Basic computer skills and willingness to learn

Minimum Qualifications:

• Good communication and organizational skills are required
• Responding promptly to students and staff inquiries
• Open-minded and friendliness to work with students and staff
• Maintaining a positive and professional attitude toward students at all times
• Comfortable using computers and office machines
