About Us:
Optimum RV is a premier RV dealership offering a wide range of recreational vehicles and exceptional customer service. We are looking for an Consignment Sales Professional to monitor online sales inquiries and assist in building the customer database. The Consignment Sales Professional is responsible for online lead management, digital marketing outreach, customer relationship management, and sales process management.
Responsibilities
  • Monitor and respond promptly to online inquiries via email, chat, and other digital channels.
  • Engage with potential customers to gather information about their preferences and requirements.
  • Provide accurate and detailed information about available vehicles, pricing, promotions, and financing options.
  • Offer personalized recommendations and guide customers towards suitable vehicle options based on their preferences.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging online content, promotions, and campaigns.
  • Maintain a database of customer interactions and follow-up activities to ensure timely and consistent communication.
  • Nurture leads over time, staying in touch with potential buyers and providing updates on new inventory and promotions.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to seamlessly transition online leads into the dealership for unit tours and final purchase negotiations.
  • Assist in completing paperwork and documentation for online sales transactions.
  • Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to online sales, lead conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide regular reports to management on the effectiveness of online sales strategies and initiatives.

Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
