We are currently seeking aSenior Systems Administrator to contribute to our mission in a dynamic startup environment. As a Senior Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for the implementation, development, and management of systems and servers across the company. This role will work directly with IT and Security leadership to develop maintenance schedules, design new environments, and support company projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and support system backups

• Effectively communicate technical concepts and workflows

• Support the development and management of ESXI/VMWare environments

• Develop, manage, and support Microsoft Azureenvironments

• Manage and support SharePoint Online and its integrations

• Support andmaintainmulti-cluster Kubernetes environments

• Work with security teams to design and implement controls related to company compliance obligations such as NIST 800-171, NIST 800-53

• Support complex multi-domain Okta deployments

• Design and implement Okta Flows as needed

• Work with endpoint team and service desk to support ticket escalations

• Prioritizing work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Flexibility to work after normal business hours and on weekends as needed
  

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in either Information Technology or DevOps or equivalent experience
• 4+ Years in direct experience in Systems/Network Administration
• 2+ Years in general IT experience
• Azure Fundamentals Certification
• Experience Managing AWS and ESXI
• Familiarity with NIST Frameworks
• Excellent shell language knowledge
• Adept at writing scripts in Bash, Python, and PowerShell
• A deep sense of accountability for your project decisions and actions
• Self-motivated, focused, and driven to meet critical deadlines
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Azure Administrator Associate Certification
• Experience in using terraform
• Experience working in an aerospace or defense environment
• Experiencewith Administration Support of:
  • Multi-Site Networks
  • Windows Servers
  • Multi-Tenant Office365
  • Active Directory Hybrid Environments
• Experience working in an aerospace or defense environment
• Familiarity with MacOS
• Experience with MDM platforms preferably Intune and Jamf Pro

Compensation & Benefits: Compensation level and base salary are competitively structured and thoughtfully determined based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, and the scope of the role.
