This Accounts Payable Specialist role plays a key part in ensuring timely vendor payments, accurate invoice processing, and strong financial controls. The Accounts Payable Specialist will work closely with accounting and finance leadership in a structured, collaborative environment that supports long-term growth and development.

Qualifications for the Accounts Payable Specialist

  • 2+ years of accounts payable or general accounting support experience
  • Working knowledge of invoice processing, purchase orders, and vendor reconciliation
  • Experience with accounting or ERP systems (QuickBooks, Sage, NetSuite, JD Edwards, or similar) preferred
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
