Requirements / Qualifications
  • Letter(s) of Recommendation (Two (2) letters of recommendation - must be signed and dated within the last 24 months. Only wet signatures and e-signatures will be accepted; names typed out in a stylized font will not be accepted as a signature. Letters from relatives are not acceptable.)
  • OR Letter(s) of Reference (Two (2) letters of recommendation - must be signed and dated within the last 24 months. Only wet signatures and e-signatures will be accepted; names typed out in a stylized font will not be accepted as a signature. Letters from relatives are not acceptable.)
  • Proof of HS Graduation (Proof of education equivalent to the completion of the 12th grade.)
  • Typing Certificate (Minimum 45 wpm, see requirements listed.)

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Per Article 10.1.2 of the CSEA Collective Bargaining Agreement, unit members shall have first consideration for the vacancy. Current employees interested in applying for the same classification position at a different location with the same number of hours and same work days, must complete an application through Ed-Join. Please follow the steps below:

Document uploads are not required for current employees who meet the lateral transfer criteria.

All application materials for each applicant will be evaluated by a screening committee. A combination of written, oral, and performance tests may be administered to secure the best qualified applicants. Those who are deemed best qualified will be scheduled for an interview.

Paper, e-mailed, or faxed applications and required attachments will not be accepted. The two (2) letters of reference or recommendation must be signed and dated within the last 24 months.
