• Maintaining repeat orders
• Reporting Customer Gallons
• Maintain Customer Portals
• Maintain good relationships with customers and vendors
• Securing equipment as needed
• Customer, Vendor and Department support
• Other jobs as assigned
Required Skills/Abilities:
• Dispatch experience
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
• Excellent organizational skills
• Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Customer service attitude
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
Position requires: 24/7 availability to monitor emails, calls & texts. Must always have access to wifi and ability to send orders from phone or computer. Requires major problem-solving skills, understand sense of urgency, and ability to handle extreme stress while maintaining a firm, flexible, friendly disposition.
Schedule: You will work 2 days one week and 5 the next, this will include weekends.
• Example: Wednesday & Thursday one week and Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, & Sunday the next week. Hours will be 10 AM - 10 PM.
