Night Dispatch

Duties/Responsibilities:

· Placing standard and emergency orders

· Securing Vendors and Communicating with sales representative

· Dispatching local trucks

· Sorting and saving driver paperwork

· Receiving supply pricing

· Problem solving skills

· Operate in high stress situations

· Handle high volume of emails and calls

· Maintaining repeat orders

· Reporting Customer Gallons

· Maintain Customer Portals

· Maintain good relationships with customers and vendors

· Securing equipment as needed

· Customer, Vendor and Department support

· Other jobs as assigned


Required Skills/Abilities:

· Dispatch experience

· Available to work long hours and overtime during emergencies

· Operate in high stress situations

· Handle high volume of emails and calls

· Solid written and verbal communication skills

· Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise

· Excellent organizational skills

Schedule:
