What You’ll Do:

  • Provide personalized cigar recommendations and outstanding customer service
  • Handle inbound/outbound phone orders and process online orders
  • Manage orders, including processing refunds and exchanges
  • Communicate effectively across multiple channels: in person, phone, email, live chat, and more
  • Perform shipping and receiving functions to ensure product accuracy
  • Verify product codes and counts for correctness
  • Pick, pack, check, restock, and load products as part of order fulfillment
  • Assist in inventory counts to maintain accurate stock levels
