We are already earning placements in high-end restaurants, lounges, steakhouses, cigar venues, and private hospitality accounts, and we are now expanding aggressively across Arizona and beyond.

We are looking for a driven, polished, relationship-based sales professional who can help us secure placement for Verdict in the right restaurants, bars, hotels, lounges, liquor stores, cigar clubs, and private venues.

This is not a desk job. This role is for someone who can walk into a restaurant, build trust with the owner or beverage director, tell the Verdict story, coordinate tastings, follow up relentlessly, and turn conversations into real placements.

Position Overview

The On-Premise Spirits Sales Representative will be responsible for growing Verdict's presence in restaurants, bars, lounges, hotels, cigar clubs, and premium hospitality accounts.

This person will prospect new accounts, build relationships with decision-makers, coordinate with distributors, schedule tastings, support menu placements, track the sales pipeline, and help convert accounts into long-term Verdict partners.

The ideal candidate has experience in spirits, hospitality, restaurant sales, beverage distribution, luxury goods, or relationship-based B2B sales. Existing relationships with restaurant owners, GMs, beverage directors, bartenders, hotel operators, and private clubs are a major plus.

Key Responsibilities

Prospect and visit restaurants, bars, lounges, hotels, private clubs, cigar lounges, and premium venues.

Build relationships with owners, general managers, beverage directors, bar managers, and purchasing decision-makers.

Present the Verdict brand story in a compelling and professional way.

Secure new account placements for Verdict bourbon.

Coordinate tastings, staff education, menu features, cocktail placements, and brand events.

Work with Verdict leadership and distributor partners to ensure orders are handled through proper licensed channels.

Maintain an organized pipeline of prospects, meetings, follow-ups, placements, and reorders.

Identify premium accounts that fit the Verdict brand.

Support restaurant activations, private dinners, tasting events, and promotional opportunities.

Provide weekly updates on outreach, meetings, account status, objections, and wins.

Represent Verdict with professionalism, discipline, and brand integrity.

Requirements

Must be 21 years of age or older.

Experience in spirits, alcohol sales, restaurant sales, hospitality, beverage distribution, luxury sales, or B2B sales preferred.

Existing relationships with Arizona restaurants, bars, lounges, hotels, cigar lounges, or beverage buyers are strongly preferred.

Strong in-person sales ability.

Professional appearance and communication style.

Reliable transportation and willingness to spend significant time in the field.

Comfortable working evenings or occasional weekends for tastings, events, and account activations.

Highly organized and able to track follow-ups in a CRM or sales pipeline.

Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working independently.

Understands that alcohol sales must follow all applicable laws, distributor requirements, and compliance rules.

Why Join Verdict

Opportunity to help build a fast-growing premium bourbon brand.

Direct access to leadership.

Performance-based upside.

Ability to work with high-end restaurants, lounges, private clubs, and hospitality accounts.

A brand with a strong story, growing audience, and real momentum.

Entrepreneurial culture with room to grow.
