Online store specializing in designer swimwear and beachwear is seeking a part-time energetic customer service specialist. An ideal candidate should be Internet savvy, self-motivated, possess outstanding verbal and written communication skills, have excellent organization and time management skills and be able to multi-task and prioritize. Candidate must be familiar with MS Word, MS Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities include: Answering customer phone calls Handling email correspondence Assisting customers via online chat system Taking and processing orders Writing product descriptions Uploading new products to the online catalog Writing copy for the website and blog Requirements Minimium 1-2 years experience in a customer service setting Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Friendly and professional phone etiquette Creative problem solving skills Ability to multi-task within a fast paced environment Meticulous attention to detail and strong organization skills Proficient computer skills and Internet savvy Ability to work both independently and part of a team Be available to work Monday through Friday, 20hr-32hr/week Speaking Spanish is a plus Compensation $10 - $12/hr Based upon experience and fit To be considered, click the "Apply to this position" button below.
