Senior Financial Advisor-RETAINED SEARCH

REMOTE or HYBRID or ON-SITE are all welcome!

Avior Executive Search has been retained by a dynamic RIA based in the prestigious Carnegie Center of Princeton. Our client has over 30 years of wealth management expertise and looking for a Sr. Financial Advisor to become part of the team. The ideal candidate will be looking for a career changing position to be a business owner VS an employee. The right individual will be entrepreneurial and have a strong understanding of financial markets with an established and portable portfolio of clients of a minimum of a T-12 of 300K. Along with the ability to build relationships with clients and provide them with sound financial advice.

The primary responsibilities of this role include:

  • Providing financial advice to clients on a variety of topics, including retirement planning, 401K, investment management, and estate planning
  • Developing and implementing financial plans for clients
  • Managing client portfolios and providing ongoing investment advice
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Fee based business with a minimum T-12 of 400K and above.
  • Series 65 required, Life & health is preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in the financial services industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
