What You'll Be Doing
As a Financial Professional Advisor, you will build trusted relationships with clients by delivering value through meaningful, proactive engagement:
  • Proactively connect with clients via phone, email, and chat to provide timely support and guidance
  • Serve as a single point of contact, coordinating Equitable's full range of resources to address client needs efficiently and effectively
  • Act as a trusted resource to answer questions about existing products, reinforce client confidence, and validate investment decisions
  • Identify new opportunities in partnership with clients as their financial goals, priorities, and life circumstances evolve
  • Assist clients with initiating and completing transactions, ensuring a smooth, accurate, and positive experience

This position offers a remote work schedule that allows you to stay fully engaged with your team to provide outstanding, customer-focused service during our core hours (8:30 AM-5:30 PM EST). Periodic office visits may be requested based on business needs.
The base salary for this position is $47,500. This role is eligible for variable compensation.

What You Will Bring
Required Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant industry experience that demonstrates a strong foundation in client engagement, sales, and financial services
  • Active FINRA licenses, including Series 7, Series 63, and Series 65 registrations OR ability to obtain within 180 days of employment
  • Life Insurance license OR ability to obtain within 30 days of employment
  • 2 years of proven sales experience, with a track record of building relationships, driving results, and delivering value in a client-focused environment

  • Prior customer service experience, with a demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences
  • Previous sales, counseling, or entrepreneurial experience, reflecting the ability to advise, influence, and operate with an ownership mindset
