The role also involves managing bookings and reservations, processing payments, and monitoring itinerary changes such as schedule updates or cancellations. The Travel Consultant/Advisor will provide ongoing customer support before, during, and after travel, handle inquiries via phone, email, and online channels, and maintain detailed records in booking and CRM systems. • Comfort using online booking tools, supplier portals, and basic office software (email, spreadsheets, and client tracking systems).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and itineraries.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and handle multiple client requests and deadlines.
