Wealth Management Advisor Opportunity

Wisepath Recruiting (a specialized recruiting division of Wisepath Group) is exclusively retained to recruit for a premier, established wealth management practice aligned with OneAmerica Financial. Our client firm operates under a specialized macroeconomic planning philosophy that prioritizes protection-first strategies, strategic cash-flow, and tax efficiency. This role is a direct-hire placement with our client agency, offering a structured transition program, full back-office administrative support, and localized marketing assistance.

Position Overview: Our client does not expect you to have a background in finance. They provide a fully structured, classroom-to-field training curriculum designed to teach you macroeconomic planning principles, client acquisition, and advanced case design. You will be paired with a seasoned mentor to help you build a highly predictable, relationship-driven local business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in a structured, multi-phase licensing and financial planning training program.
  • Learn to host consultative 'discovery' conversations to evaluate client needs, financial vulnerabilities, and cash flow.
  • Design tailored asset-protection, disability, and retirement planning solutions using the firm's advanced financial modeling software.
  • Build a local advisory brand by engaging with local communities, professional organizations, and personal networks.
Requirements
  • No prior financial industry experience required; background in sales, teaching, operations, or management is highly valued.
  • A natural ability to build trust, paired with deep professional empathy.
  • Strong work ethic and the self-discipline to manage an autonomous, entrepreneurial schedule.
  • Must pass a standard industry background check and licensing exam (sponsorship provided).
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent track record of professional success.
Compensation & Professional Development
  • Sponsored licensing (Life & Health, FINRA registrations) and continuous professional development.
  • Start-up financing programs combined with competitive commissions and residual income streams.
  • Estimated Compensation: $50,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year. This role features a performance-based compensation structure with uncapped earning potential. To support your transition, our client partner provides dedicated startup financing programs, transition allowances, and fully sponsored licensing training during your launch phase.

We are committed to equal opportunity and diversity in the workplace. We consider all qualified applicants without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, or veteran status. All inquiries and applications are kept confidential.
