Full-Time Front Desk Agent

Position: Front Desk Agent Schedule: Full-Time Employment Type: Full-Time

We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and professional Full-Time Front Desk Agent to join our hotel team. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, provides excellent customer service, and can confidently handle the day-to-day responsibilities of a busy hotel front desk.

Responsibilities

Welcome guests and provide a friendly, professional first impression

Complete guest check-ins and check-outs accurately and efficiently

Answer phones, emails, and guest inquiries

Assist guests with questions, requests, and concerns

Handle reservations, room assignments, and guest accounts

Process payments and maintain accurate front desk records

Communicate effectively with housekeeping and other hotel departments

Monitor the lobby and maintain a clean, organized front desk area

Follow hotel policies and procedures regarding guest service, security, and safety

Address guest concerns professionally and work to find appropriate solutions

Complete shift reports and other required front desk paperwork

Maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all guests

Qualifications

Excellent customer service and communication skills
