About the Job:

The Asset Maintenance Tech I plays a key role in servicing, maintaining, and repairing rental equipment while also supporting inventory control.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Helps coordinate cycle counts and physical inventories
  • Assists with evaluation of cycle counts and coordinates adjustments
  • Inspects and ensures all equipment is properly repaired or serviced prior to release
  • Completes all required equipment check sheets
  • Ensures all parts, labor, and miscellaneous items are included on the work orders
  • Operates forklift as required to move equipment and supplies
  • Delivers and/or picks up berms from customers
  • Other duties as assigned

Skill Set:

  • Mechanical or equipment maintenance experience
  • Hands-on repairs and preventive maintenance
  • Strong mechanical skills (hydraulics, valves, hoses; basic electrical a plus)
  • Able to work independently in yard/shop/field environments
  • Welding a plus
