Join the herd! The Onboarding Manager ensures new dental practices achieve rapid, confident adoption of Oryx Dental’s all-in-one cloud platform. This role owns the customer journey from contract to activation, aligning customer success, product, and training teams to deliver a seamless onboarding experience that drives long-term retention and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end onboarding for new practices, from kickoff to go-live.
  • Develop and refine onboarding playbooks for single and multi-location practices.
  • Coordinate data migration, system configuration, and training schedules across teams.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to ensure smooth handoffs and early value delivery.
  • Measure onboarding success using time-to-value, activation, and early NPS metrics.
  • Identify friction points for leadership and work cross-functionally to improve workflows and documentation.
  • Report on progress, risk, and customer sentiment to leadership.
Need to Have:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience in client-facing roles, preferably in dental, medical, or healthcare related field
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
