***This is an Independent Contract (1099) position open to local residents of Indianapolis, IN ***

JOB DESCRIPTION


The Property Specialist will travel to investment properties throughout the Indianapolis area. Typically, this role involves photographing properties, uploading photos to the company database via smartphone, documenting property details, assessing property conditions, and meeting potential real estate investors at investment properties. No real estate experience is necessary, as all training will be provided by the company.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Travel to investment properties.
  • Photograph the interiors of residences, ensuring to capture the flow of the space.
  • Meet with potential real estate investors at investment properties
  • Edit and adjust photos for lighting, contrast, and watermarks.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Valid Drivers License
  • Own a smartphone with working camera
  • Have a reliable source of transportation to take same day requests
  • Be outgoing and approachable
  • Dress in business casual attire
  • Be okay with frequent travel throughout the metro area

COMPENSATION


The Contractor shall receive $30 per leg for each property visit. A "round trip" to a single property is comprised of two legs. For Example: Travel from Location A to Location B is one leg at $30, and travel from Location B back to Location A is an additional leg at $30. In addition, mileage will be reimbursed to the Contractor by the Company at the rate of $0.35 per mile (or $0.60 per mile if tolls apply).
