Salary: $15.92 - $25.00

Position: Full-time Unloading and Loading Specialist
Hours: 5:30m - 1:30pm
Compensation: $15.92 - $25.00 per hour based on productivity

We are seeking dedicated and skilled individuals to join our team as Unloading and Loading Specialists. In this role, you will be integral to the efficient transfer and handling of packages and products, utilizing both manual and motorized equipment such as single and double pallet jacks, pacers, and forklifts.

Diverse Responsibilities: Engage in various tasks from loading and unloading to securing products for transport.



Key Responsibilities:

Efficiently load and unload products from trailers, containers, and railcars using hand trucks and motorized equipment.
Build and organize products/packages onto pallets or racks for warehouse storage or shipment.
Accurately read and comprehend packaging labels, breakdown sheets, and basic mathematical concepts.
Communicate effectively and follow both verbal and written instructions.
Safely lift and move products weighing between 50lbs to 70lbs.
Secure goods for transport using shrink wrap or tape.
Identify and report any damages or shortages to the supervisor.
Adhere to all safety regulations and contribute to maintaining a safe working environment.
Adapt to warehouse conditions, which may include varying temperatures and noise levels.
Be available to work weekends, holidays, and mandatory overtime as required.

Qualifications:

Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team with strong attention to detail.
Prior experience with pallet jacks is preferred.
Physical capability to perform tasks involving constant standing, walking, lifting, and other physical activities.
Successful completion of a background check and drug screening.
