Being 'on call' means they may not have a fixed schedule but are available to work when the studio requires additional help, such as during busy periods, staff absences, or special events. Excellent communication, adaptability, and professionalism help you build rapport with clients and support artists in a dynamic environment. These skills ensure smooth studio operations, satisfied customers, and efficient coordination between clients and tattoo artists.
