Sommers Holistic Health is a fast-paced, patient-focused Holistic Medicine practice dedicated to helping patients get better!

We are currently seeking a long-term, full-time receptionist to become an essential part of our front office team. You will be the face of our clinic, so you must have a genuine love for people with a warm personality and a passion to smile! You must believe in what we do, and have the communication skills to articulate what we do.


Receptionist and scheduling experience a must!

As the first point of contact for our patients, you will set the tone for their experience—so a friendly smile, positive energy, and a passion for helping others are a must!

Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients warmly and professionally
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Check patients in and out efficiently
  • Take phone orders and process payments
  • Handle shipping and receiving of inventory
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and support to all patients
