Harbors Home Health & Hospice is continuing to grow in our communities. Harbors' is the premier agency for end-of-life care for both Grays Harbor and Pacific County. With growth, comes opportunities!
We are looking for some full time Hospice On-Call Registered Nurses. This position provides evening and after hours support for hospice patients and their caregivers.
$4.50 on call rate, plus hourly rate, and additional call out pay.
Responsibilities:
Provide support to patients and caregivers via by phone and/or home visits for urgent matters and significant changes, and providing end-of-life support as needed.
Requires:
Current WA State RN license
Current drivers license with acceptable drivers abstract
Current CPR/BLS certification
Must be self directed and autonomous
Must have excellent observation, problem-solving and communication skills
