Department: Hospice RN- LR
Shift: Night
Working Hours: 7 on 7 off schedule
Summary:
Primary on-call RN for after normal business hours including: weekends, evening, nights, holiday on-call duty. Performs triage with caregiver/family for patient needs, pain crisis, and end-of-life issues and death. Makes patient visits as needed for medical and emotional crisis and attendance at death. Available to perform admission process and any follow up visits during shift.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • A valid and unrestricted Registered Nurse licensed in Arkansas from an accredited school of nursing.
  • Minimum of two years of nursing experience with a minimum of one year in hospice or home health.
  • Current CPR certification recognized by Baptist Health.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and a dependable vehicle.
Schedule and Compensation:
  • THIS IS A 7 DAY ON AND 7 DAY OFF WORK SCHEDULE POSITION.
  • Must be able to work a rotating schedule 7 out of 14 days in a pay period.
  • Position is paid a salary based on an 80-hour pay period.

This job will be authorized 80.00 hours bi-weekly.
