Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct clinical services to clients with symptoms of major mental illness and/or severe emotional disorders, including assessment, therapy, and crisis intervention.
  • Develop, implement, and assess personalized treatment plans that align with clients' presenting problems and therapeutic goals.
  • Conduct thorough, evidence-based screenings and establish integrated care plans that facilitate engagement with a network of community resources.
  • Participate actively in team meetings, contributing to case discussions and collaborative care strategies.
  • Monitor clients' progress throughout their treatment journey and adjust care plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and submit reports in a timely manner, meeting organizational and state standards.
  • Engage with families and support systems to foster a holistic approach to mental health care, facilitating communication between all parties involved.
  • Assist in crisis intervention efforts, providing immediate support as required to stabilize clients during emergencies.
  • Actively participate in organizational committees focused on quality improvement and enhancing service delivery standards.
  • Provide on-call coverage during and after program hours, as assigned, ensuring that support is available to clients when they need it.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be working primarily with clients who experience significant mental health challenges, including but not limited to major depressive disorders, anxiety disorders, and trauma-related conditions. Our target population includes diverse individuals from various backgrounds, emphasizing the need for culturally sensitive approaches and behavioral health interventions that consider the unique issues faced by these communities.

Qualifications
  • Must possess a Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field.
  • Must hold a current and valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license.
  • A minimum of two years of direct clinical experience in a mental health setting, preferably working with underserved populations.
  • Strong understanding of social work ethics, therapeutic techniques, and evidence-based practices in mental health.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with clients and collaborate with team members.
  • Ability to function effectively in a remote setting, employing telehealth technologies and digital communication tools.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working in community health settings or similar environments focusing on diverse populations.
  • Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems, particularly those designed for behavioral health.
  • Experience in facilitating group therapy sessions and community outreach programs.
Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
