Job description

Relief cook will maintain the kitchen operations during the Kitchen Managers absence. Responsibilities include food preparation and adhering to health and safety standards. Candidate should be proficient in cooking and preparing a variety of dishes. Must be able to manage their time effectively to meet deadlines, have strong communication skills and can effectively communicate with other team members. The ability to be adaptable to changing environments is a plus. Position also requires you to be on call during the week in case of emergencies
