SHIFT DETAILS: Must be available to work the following shifts Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM at our Williamsville, Amherst or Snyder offices. Full Time position.
What You Will Do
  • Greet Patients: Welcome visitors with a warm, helpful attitude when they enter the suite for their imaging appointment.
  • Manage Schedules: Check in walk-ins, schedule appointments, and answer calls.
  • Handle Patient Info: Update the system with patient demographics, verify insurance and collect same-day payments.
  • Keep Data Accurate: Update medical records and fix order errors.

What We Need
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Strong people skills! Retail, foodservice or office experience helpful (healthcare is a plus).
  • Skills: Strong communication, basic computer skills, and detail-oriented.
  • Mindset: Flexible, calm under pressure, and passionate about helping people.
