We are hiring for a nocturnist position. A nocturnist role requires working exclusively overnight shifts. Candidates must be comfortable with a nocturnal schedule and possess the ability to deliver exceptional patient care during nighttime hours.

Local Team Collaboration:

  • We take pride in our well-established team at Texas Health Presbyterian Flower Mound of 8 physicians and one advanced practice provider (APP), with the support of a clinical performance nurse, a clinical performance associate, and a group coordinator.
  • Work alongside a diverse group of professionals with backgrounds from all over the world. We are an integral part of our hospital community and a valued strategic partner, maintaining great relationships with hospital leadership and other physician groups.
  • Outside of work, we come together for social events to celebrate special occasions and share common interests like food and sports.

Qualifications:

  • Board-certified/eligible in family or internal medicine.
  • We provide in-house licensing and credentialing support.

Scheduling:

  • Full-time Nocturnists follow a 7-night-on, 7-night-off rotation.
  • 12-hour shift, 7 pm-7 am.

  • Average of 9-12 admissions at night with 10-15 cross coverage calls.

Rewards and Compensation:

  • Day Shift Rate is $1450, and Night Shift Rate is $1753.
  • Full-time nocturnist working 182.5 shifts per year with a base compensation of $319,923.
  • Additionally, you will be eligible for up to $20k from the RVU bonus and $20k from the Quality bonus (annual).
  • Full Benefits to include 401K and CME allowance.
