Job description

  • Configure, build, and maintain Epic Hospital Billing (HB) module
  • Gather and document business requirements from revenue cycle and billing stakeholders
  • Translate operational workflows into Epic system build and configuration
  • Support charge capture, billing workflows, claims, and remittance processes
  • Perform unit testing, integrated testing, and support end-to-end revenue cycle testing
  • Troubleshoot billing errors, charge issues, and claim rejections
  • Collaborate with Epic PB, Cadence, Prelude, Resolute, and Clinical teams as needed
  • Support go-live activities, stabilization, and post-implementation optimization
  • Create and maintain system documentation, workflows, and training materials
  • Provide on-call or after-hours support during upgrades or critical issues (as required)
