On-Call Entry-Level Non-Licensed Substitute (2026-2027 School Year)

Rate of Pay: $20.37 per hour
Benefits: This position is not benefits eligible.

Are you looking for a fun, flexible, and rewarding opportunity to make a difference in students' lives? Robbinsdale Area Schools is seeking On-Call Entry-Level Non-Licensed Substitutes for the 2026-2027 school year. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are interested in working in education and supporting students in a variety of school settings. No previous education experience is required.

Responsibilities

As an On-Call Entry-Level Non-Licensed Substitute, you may:

  • Work directly with students, including those with developmental, physical, and/or learning disabilities.
  • Provide classroom, student, and staff support as needed.
  • Perform office and clerical duties.
  • Assist with student supervision and monitoring throughout the school day.
  • Maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment.
  • Follow district policies and procedures while representing Robbinsdale Area Schools with professionalism.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Interest in working in the education field.
  • Previous experience in education is welcome but not required.
