The incumbent is responsible for cleaning, maintaining and putting in order the apartments, washrooms, common areas reserved for the public and any other place designated according to the establishment's established policies. The latter's mission is in particular to promote a positive image of the establishment in addition to interacting with the residents in a friendly and professional manner. The candidate we are looking for is a person who is committed to providing quality customer service to our residents. He demonstrates professionalism and has a good team spirit. Day schedule during the week; On-call employment, totaling 10h to 20h per week; Advantageous premiums!
