Role Summary

The Valet Attendant is a front-line representative responsible for delivering a smooth, safe, and professional arrival and departure experience for hotel guests. This role requires a constant presence at the hotel entrance, strong attention to safety, and proactive guest service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain continuous door presence during operational hours
  • Greet guests professionally and provide immediate assistance upon arrival and departure
  • Safely park, retrieve, and return guest vehicles following valet procedures
  • Perform visual vehicle checks and report any pre-existing damage
  • Assist guests with luggage and manage luggage storage when required
  • Communicate clearly with supervisors regarding vehicle flow or delays
  • Maintain cleanliness and order at the hotel entrance and surrounding areas
  • Follow all safety procedures, including winter and hazard prevention
  • Uphold professional conduct, punctuality, and service standards at all times
