Summary of responsibilities: This position contributes to the smooth operation and quality of life of the residence by ensuring a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment. The individual acts as an essential support to residents and staff by maintaining the premises, addressing routine needs, and ensuring effective follow-up in critical situations. Your role: Consult the logbook at the start of your shift and take note of the key events. Communicate with staff and the nurse to ensure follow-up on important events Responding to residents' requests and emergencies with empathy and efficiency Perform daily and monthly floor maintenance (sweeping, washing, polishing, scrubbing, stripping, waxing). Maintaining the swimming pool (water testing and cleaning) Clean the refrigerator, cabinets, countertops, and floor of the dining room and kitchen. Ensure the cleanliness of all rooms in the residence Transport waste from the main bins to the outdoor container. Perform other related tasks as needed.
