About Us:
Arch Amenities Group, the global leader in spa, fitness, and leisure services, is seeking a skilled and dynamic On-Call Bartender. As an On-Call Bartender, you'll play an essential role in creating memorable experiences for our tenants and guests through exceptional service and quality beverage offerings.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver an exceptional "Arch Amenities Group Experience" by upholding our Basics to Excellence (BTE) standards, Mission Statement/Values, and Brand Standards.
  • Mix and prepare cocktails and other beverages according to set recipes and standards.
  • Manage customer tabs and accurately operate the Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
  • Wash and maintain cleanliness of glassware, utensils, and bar area.
  • Serve beer, wine, and food items to guests at the bar and nearby seating areas.
  • Check IDs to verify age for all customers purchasing alcoholic beverages.
  • Maintain a welcoming and safe environment, promptly addressing any guest concerns.
  • Monitor and manage alcohol intake of customers, limiting service when necessary.
  • Order and maintain stock of bar supplies and ingredients.
  • Respond swiftly to emergencies, ensuring the safety of all patrons.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support the team and venue.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum age of 21.
  • Previous bartending experience preferred, with experience using a Point-of-Sale system.
  • Basic math skills and a professional, customer-focused demeanor.
  • Strong communication skills with a positive and enthusiastic approach.
  • Well-organized and able to handle multiple responsibilities effectively.
  • Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as balancing, kneeling, reaching, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
  • Comfortable working independently and under minimal supervision.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to perform actions like grasping, seeing, hearing, and talking as part of daily responsibilities.
  • May occasionally lift or move up to 25 pounds.
