The banquet bartender will be responsible for providing efficient, friendly service for functions in the banquets department of the hotel.
  • Efficiently and properly perform all service standards.
  • Familiarity with wines, beers, and cocktails that may be served for banquet events as well as the stemware and appropriate garnishes used.
  • Follow procedures as outlined in employee manual and bartender's manual.
  • Keep bar stocked and clean. Follow side work sheet.
  • Ensure the consistency in the presentation and recipes of all cocktails outlines on Banquet Event Orders (BEO's)
  • Be familiar with and enforce all policies related to liquor liability laws.
  • Have excellent customer service.
  • Must have a flexible schedule and be able to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Two years bartending experience.
  • Some wine knowledge.
  • Pleasant personality.
  • Excellent communication skills.
