Job Summary:
Accenture Federal Services is dedicated to strengthening the US federal government through technology and ingenuity. They are seeking a Software Engineer to design, develop, and evaluate software systems, focusing on applications for various industries including military and scientific sectors.
Responsibilities:
• Update, repair, modify and expand existing computer programs.
• Modify existing databases and database management systems.
• Write and code logical and physical database descriptions and specify identifiers of database to management system or direct others in coding descriptions.
• Work as part of a project team to coordinate database development and determine project scope and limitations.
• Review project requests describing database user needs to estimate time and cost required to accomplish project.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Minimum 5 years of overall professional experience
• 2+ years of professional software development lifecycle experience
• 2+ years of experience in developing with C#/.NET/Python/Java/C++ OR C
• Experience with distributed programming models
• Experience creating, developing, delivering, deploying, maintaining online services
• Experience with building pipelines with azure data factory, creating subscriptions and PowerBIs
• Ability to provide on-call support
• TS/SCI with poly is required for this role
• Active US passport required
