We are currently looking for a Facilities Maintenance Technician II - Mobile to join our growing team of amazing individuals working in Columbus, OH, and the surrounding areas.

Benefits for the Facilities Maintenance Technician II - Mobile position include:

Essential Functions for the Facilities Maintenance Technician II - Mobile position:

  • Ensure that service delivery to the client is timely and of the highest quality.
  • Perform general repairs and troubleshooting of the facility's electrical, HVAC, and plumbing.
  • Minor troubleshooting of faulty electrical systems/circuits.
  • Minor HVAC PMs; replace filters.
  • Replace door locks and hardware.
  • Repair and maintenance of floors, stairways, partitions, drywall, painting, doors, windows, and furniture.
  • Oversee sub-contractor activity, building audits, and PMs.
  • Small project work.
  • Utilize CMMS work order system.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

Requirements for the Facilities Maintenance Technician II - Mobile position:

  • Possess outstanding customer service skills and a can-do attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple sites and projects.
  • High School Diploma/GED and five plus years of general maintenance experience or a combination of experience and education.
  • Basic computer knowledge, including CMMS work order systems and email.
  • Must have the ability to complete required safety classes.
  • Personal hand tools.
  • Craft License or certificate in one trade preferred, especially HVAC, Carpentry, or Electrical.
  • Valid Driver's License and ability to drive company vehicle (minimal points on license).
  • Ability to pass both background checks and drug test.
