Benefits for the Porter - Mobile position include:

Essential Functions for the Porter - Mobile position:
  • Provide cleaning and light maintenance on all unit turns at multiple locations.
  • Take responsibility for the unit's appearance and functionality.
  • Ensure that service delivery to the client is timely and of the highest quality.
  • Help with installation/repairs of equipment.
  • Utilize CMMS work order systems.
  • Emptying and removing waste from waste baskets as needed and directed.
  • Dusting and polishing furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
  • Sweep and mop floors, vacuum and clean carpets.
  • Clean and replenish supplies in restrooms.
  • Transport tools and materials between sites or departments.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Requirements for the Porter - Mobile position:
  • Possess outstanding customer service skills and a can-do attitude.
  • Previous experience in a healthcare environment is a plus
  • 1+ years of general maintenance and cleaning experience.
  • Basic computer knowledge, including the ability to use email and work order systems.
  • Must have the ability to complete required safety classes.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Personal hand tools, a plus.
  • Must be able to pass drug test and FBI/BCI background checks.
  • Must be able to pass sanctions checks for working in health care facilities.
  • Valid Driver's License.
