Overview
The Tram Driver Supervisor oversees daily tram operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and guest-focused transportation services across the property. This role is responsible for supervising tram drivers, coordinating schedules, maintaining service standards, and ensuring compliance with all safety and operational procedures.
Responsibilities
  • Lead, train, and support tram drivers to ensure consistent, high-quality service.
  • Create and manage driver schedules, ensuring adequate coverage for all shifts and events.
  • Enforce all transportation safety protocols, conduct safety checks, and ensure drivers follow proper procedures.
  • Monitor tram routes, timing, and guest flow to maintain efficient operations.
  • Provide ongoing training, coaching, and performance feedback to team members.
  • Ensure drivers deliver exceptional guest service and address guest concerns promptly.
  • Document and report any operational issues, safety concerns, or guest incidents.
  • Ensure trams are clean, well-maintained, and reported for service when needed.

Qualifications
  • Must have CDL C license with passenger endorsement.
  • Must be 21 or over with FL or GA driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Must be able to provide own mechanic tools.
  • Able to work with hazardous chemicals and in varying weather conditions.
  • Ability to work independently and without supervision.
  • Must be ambulatory.
  • Must be able to climb stairs, sit or stand for long periods of time, push, occasionally pull or lift 50 lbs.
  • Must have full range of motion of both arms and hands.
  • Must be able to see and hear

Working Conditions
  • Outdoor environment with varying weather conditions.
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, based on operational needs.
